GENERAL TERMS
The present "General terms" regulate the relationship between Shoes Expert LTD (hereinafter referred to as ledianatomic.com), on one hand, and the users of electronic (internet) pages and services on domain ledianatomic.com (shortly "website"). These terms are binding to all users. By clicking on each object, link or button, located on the pages on ledianatomic.com (excluding the link to the present "General terms "), the user agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these "General terms".
1. Annulment of the sale contract
All purchases made on LEDI Anatomic may be returned without stating reasons within 14 days after receipt of the goods. The sale contract becomes binding after receipt of the items with your approval. It is considered that there is an approval, if you do not send any other message within a period of 14 days, or you do not return the delivered goods. After approval, you have also the following right of cancellation.
2. Rules for annulment of the sale contract
Cancellation of the contract
You have the right to annul this contract within a period of fourteen days, without stating reasons.
The period for annulment is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third person indicated by you, which is not the carrier, received the last goods. However, the period will not start, until the purchase contract has become binding for you with the approval of the position purchased by you.
To exercise your right of annulment of the sale contract, the goods received by you must not be used or damaged, and the original packaging in which you received the goods must be preserved!
In order to exercise your right, you have to notify us of your decision to withdraw from the present contract, and indicate the means and the number for tracking of the courier by which you return the received goods. You may use the attached withdrawal form, which is not obligatory. You have to send the notice to our e-mail address:

In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before expiry of the withdrawal period, and send the goods themselves to the address mentioned above in a timely manner.
Effects of the cancellation
If you withdraw from the contract, all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs for return of the goods by you) will be refunded to you immediately or, at the latest, within fourteen days from the date on which the notice of your withdrawal from this contract reached us. For this payment we will use the same payment methods you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; Under no circumstances will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse payment, if the item has been used, damaged, out of its original packaging or in an impaired commercial form.
You must return the goods immediately, or, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met, if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
You only have to pay for possible loss of value of the goods, if such loss of value is due to treatment that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Voluntary return guarantee
For all purchases from LEDI Anatomic, we give you voluntary return and guarantee for 30 days from receipt of the goods in addition to the obligatory right of withdrawal. You may benefit from the 14-day term for withdrawal from the contract by returning the goods within 30 days of the date of receipt. The term begins to run from the day after receipt of the goods for us, provided that the product is in the original packaging, in unused and undamaged condition, and the purchase contract has been approved. The timely sending is sufficient for the deadline. The goods must be returned to: Vesko Vidinov, Shoes Expert ltd,Bulgaria, Sofia 1000, 7, Ekzarh Yosif street. The negotiated agreement for voluntary return is made without prejudice to your legal rights and claims.
4. Warranty
If the delivered goods have apparent material or manufacturing defects, including transport damages, please immediately contact us or the employee of the courier who delivered the goods to you (if you discover the defects at the time of receipt). The submission of this complaint (informing us) has no effect on your legal claims, applying the legal requirements to all defects of the goods occurred during the Warranty Period, and your legal claims to the subsequent performance with regard to their correction, such as replacement/new delivery, and implementation of your choice to further claims for reduction of the price, or termination of the purchase contract, including compensation in performance, and compensation for the loss and costs regarding delivery. We provide you with a seller's warranty, as details of the warranty terms that are applicable to each delivery. Warranty claims do not affect legal claims/rights.
5. Products that cannot be delivered
If a particular item is not available, we undertake to inform you of the unavailability before we accept the order. We reserve the right to send you a substitute product that must be discussed with you in advance, maintaining the relevant price and quality in these cases. If you do not want to accept or keep it, you can use it free of charge from point 1 and 2 within the statutory warranty period, in order to send it back to us.
6. Validity of the prices
The prices, mentioned on www.ledianatomic.com are online prices (VAT included).
7. Transport expenditures
Your costs for delivery of an order are currently at a fixed rate see here. Should it be necessary to merge several orders in one shipment, of course, we will only once charge the amount.
8. Payment
You can always pay by credit card or PayPal. We DO NOT reserve the right to deduct any monetary discount. We reserve the right to offer you only certain types of payment methods with regard to the requested delivery, for example, only to cover our credit risk in accordance with the relevant creditworthiness. We reserve the right to deliver the goods only after advance payment. Upon receipt of the order, we will coordinate this with the customer.
9. Retention of ownership
Until payment in full, the goods remain property of LEDI Anatomic.
10. Electronic communication
You agree that the agreed message may be in an electronic form.

Alternative dispute resolution
We are not obliged and do not want to take part in the procedures for dispute resolution before the arbitration court by the customers.

Storage of the text of the delivery
The text of the order is not stored by us and cannot be recovered after completion of the confirmation process. However, you can print your order details as soon as you send the order. After you place your order, you will be notified of the changes in its status on your e-mail address.
Appendix
As of 15 February 2016, the Commission of the EU will provide a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This enables the consumers to resolve disputes in connection with their online orders without the intervention of the court. We are not obliged to take part in a conciliation procedure and, unforrtunatelly, cannot offer to take part in such a procedure.
